    Hi,

I've just ordered my hubby a PS3 from Amazon with the Infamous game and an HD cable for £279.

I took to find it but I trawled through loads of price comparisons sites and ended up finding it on HotPs3Deals.co.uk - this site seemed to have the most up to date info and deals on it.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi

Has anyone successfully managed to buy a Nintendo Wii from SciTech Computer? I've noticed they're selling Nintendo DSi for £99. Sounds too good to be true!

Well done to you, you might have been quite lucky, a quick search of reviews brings up this:

Seems like a bit of risk, particularly if want your Wii in reasonable time. The customer service appears to be appalling.

Hi I thought I'd add a post as I've just cancelled my order for a Wii Console £139.99 and some other bits totalling £230 and I'm absolutely fuming. It remains to be seen how long it will take to refund the money - if their dispatch team is anything to go by I'm not holding out my luck!

I ordered on the 25th of May and after countless emails and their apologies as they didnt realise the offer would generate this much interest (a wii for £139.99, people are going to bite your arm off for that!!!) so anyway, on the 15th of June I'd had enough - I think their phones are only manned by one person, and is always engaged, and when you do get through its answered by a chap going by the name of Ali who gives excuse after excuse, BUT thats not good enough!

I think they're an entirely legitimate company, however, due to this offer for a WII at £139.99 they've perhaps bitten off more than they can chew and have totally f*cked up and now they cant cope with the demand!!! They've apparently been in operation since 2004, they appear on the Companies House database and have a reasonable credit rating (creditsafe.uk)

What surprises me is that the WII is STILL ON OFFER for £139.99 so if you want a HUGE wait go for it, or if you want hassle free ordering and go instore and get your wii same day - go to a reputible company like argos (all that hassle gone for about £30 more!!)

Hope I've helped somehow, I wish I knew all this before ordering!

    Take care

    Hi guys

Thanks for the feedback on this company, very helpful. I think I might wait for any new deals that might come up on the high street or supermarkets. I'm not in a hurry.

Hi. I ordered a wii console from Scitech computers on 25th May. The money left my bank account 2 days later. I still have not received my wii and have managed to speak to a guy called Ali twice, who promised me £20 money back when I receive my wii and said he'd put in a wii remote for free. He said the wrong spec of consoles was sent out and the order had to be processed again which was taking the time. He said the delivery was being sent out via parcelforce on Monday 22nd and I would have my wii be Wednesday 24th. That was yesterday and I do not have the wii. I have tried all morning to phone and the line is either engaged, dead or rings then cuts to an answer phone with the engaged tone. I don't know what to do now. Any suggestions?

    To All SciTech Computers Customers

We would firstly like to APOLOGISE for any inconvenience we may have caused.
All customers who have received their products, we would like to THANK YOU for your custom.

For all other customers who have not received their products, they HAVE BEEN and WILL BE GIVEN A FULL REFUND. This has been confirmed by email.

The REASON why stock is not being sent out is because BANK OF SCOTLAND have held our funds for over a WEEK and on numerous occasions PREVIOUSLY, which meant we have no funds left to purchase more products to send out to our customers and our stocks have diminished. Also it meant that the delivery time was delayed, hence why we have had such bad reviews from customers.

We have been forced out of business by BANK OF SCOTLAND.
However angry you may feel towards SciTech Computers Ltd all we can say is
