    Nationwide card perhaps.

How much is the bill? The answer may well vary depending on that.
  • About 700 Euros
  • Euro draft - cost between £10 - £20.
    International transfer around £14 - £20

Pay through internet/phone using appropriate card - around 2.75% exchange rate loading with most cards.

Except Nationwide, as recommended by richardw in post #2, and also Abbey Zero.
