Running Tomtom updates results in a Blue Screen Of Death ??

never had a problem before .. but trying to run updates this time causes computer to completely crash with a BSOD .
Have tried it on another computer and same happens .
It runs through the downloading of updates but it's as it installs them it crashes.
Have had many email conversations with Tomtom but getting no-where, tried all sorts of resets .. reloading tomtom home .. turning off firewall etc etc .
Anyone else know of this problem ??
