Vista screen problem

My mother uses Vista, and her computer is only displaying part of the screen, the top right hand corner. Everything appears to be magnified.
She does not know how it happened, we had a similar issue when the grand kids managed to rotate the screen, is this as simple as a few button presses?
I looked on google but could not find anything.

Is it something to do with switching on the Accessibility options for people with visual impairment?
Check in the Control PanelRetired in 2015.

It could also be she has set a higher resolution than will fit onto the screen, so it's scrolling to cope. Have a look in the display control panel and see what it is set to (try dragging the slider to the left).0
