Natwest e-savings.. Paper statement???

Dear All,

I just opened a Natwest E-savings account.

Their customer service is very strange :mad::mad:... and they were unable to answer my simple question.:confused::confused: I spoke to this guy, who doesnt know anything about this product.

DO THEY PROVIDE A PAPER STATEMENT AT THE END OF EVERY MONTH??

Does anyone know this answer?

Thanks in advance...

I think the 4 times a year thing is standard.

If you need to speak to someone about your account you need to call the Office in Glasgow that deals with E Saver accounts, as your branch isn't involved.

You can download a statement from your Online access.

I never had the option to choose a statement frequency, but they were sending me them monthly, which is way way too excessive for my usage of the account! I now just get them online.

So, yes, it certainly looks possible to have a monthly statement if you want.

I have always had mine monthly but I think they are trying to phase these out as they keep asking me if I would like to have 'paperless statements' and see them online.
