Yougov - has anyone else had problems getting their cheque?

Hi,
I've been collecting on yougov for absolutely yonks to accumulate the £50 payout. I got there in the middle of September but still haven't received any payment.
I emailed them and firstly they said that as soon as I completed the next survey the system would recoginse that I had reached £50 and issue the cheque.
As that didn't happen I emailed them again and was told that it would be five weeks from reaching the £50 to receiving the cheque.
Now that that has passed I wondered what the next reason for non payment would be!!!?????
Wondered if anyone else had come across the same?
Thanks
Jan

They are very slow to pay out but they do pay
When I used them and got payment last year funny enough this time of year, I then closed my account £50 is very poor for what time you have to spend doing it
Hope you get your money0 -
I've been hovering at about £49 for the past 8 months or so. I wonder if they'll ever let me reach my £50 limit.....0

I quite agree, that's one of the most annoying things about toluna.
