    Good afternoon: Lots of speculation based on limited info eg. we don't know the make/model of boiler, if the system is even pumped, etc....photos would also provide clarification ...trying to advise on central heating and domestic hot water system issues in a client's property can be fraught as well;). A visit to this site would aid the OP's investigation.

    Ah no i've worked it out....Mike (mee) is Mike the Boilerman. It's all part of an elaborately hatched plan to drum up business for Mike the Boilerman ..how much they paying you Canucklehead:D...best not tell CorgiGuy your working for someone else, else he might sack you!? :rotfl:

    Hi....aargh!!!foiled at last;)....Now that would be a great moneymaker but very un-Canadian unless the Canuck in question was Conrad Black!

    Btw...can't be fired as CG doesn't pay me diddly other than the occasional lunch at the Red Lion at Stodmarsh....now get back to that infamous bathroom:D
