    Hi Mrs T
Try not to let this put you of boosting, similar happened to me a few weeks back now, where two SA came over and was watching everything I was doing on the SS till and to top it of my sister was with me and said that one of the SA's was looking us up and down as if we were dirt! I can't understand how SA's get away doing things like this, I have been in customer service for years and would never treat anyone in this way, and we are always taught 'the customer is always right' So I am sure boots should follow this policy being a large company.
Anyway this put me off going to this store as this particular SA has been rude on another occasion before, Now I will only go in and buy something if I know the SA isnt on. But on the plus side I have been on boosting trips since and found some lovely SA's that go out of the way to help you.
Also I think that boots employees should be grateful to all of the boosters as while we all bag a bargain - I am sure we all spend a fortune in there on doing so ie trying out glitches etc. I know that I have since finding this thread its very addictable and I never used to go in a boots - but I'm so hooked on trying to figure out a new glitch for everyone on here! So in effect I bet we are all keeping them in a job x (sorry for the long post)

Hear hear C-101, I agree 100% with all you have said. Nothing annoys me more than when the SA's have attitude and treat you like dirt. Like you, I also worked in CS for years, and it would not have entered my mind to treat customers like that. However, I also have to say that I have some lovely SA's in my local store (as well as some dragons), lol.

At the end of the day we are only taking advantage of Mr B's oversights and errors. We are not thieves and I object to being treated like one. :(

    SK with todays reports :p

    Bad news:
    • The new 17 GWP does not go through as free
    • The new MF GWP does not go through as free
    • No compact mirrors in Manchester stores so couldnt try!! :( PAPPING!! Think this will defnately work once stock is in though ;)
    • Tried both the No7 mens and womens GWP together with a £20+ spend - nope, only allows one, tried this in several different orders too.
    • No stock in 3 major stores of the new No7 'Twinkle' nail polish, nor the No7 Star highlighter palette. Boohoo, hope these are not gonna be rare :(
    Good news:
    • You are allowed to get a Mens GWP if you buy ladies things and don't like/already have the ladies GWP
    • Pinky/TS combo still working on normal R&M/No7 items and allowing the £5 'credit'. (I managed to get No7 ultimate nail thing and 2x UG elixir sets and paid only £1 for all 3.)
    • Above UG elixir things also have a 50 points voucher in the ACM which scans fine on them. 1 per 2x.
    • 100 points scanning with no probs on new No7 metallic eye pencils
    • S&G old GWP (5 minis) is going through as free
Thats all i can remember right now :D Been an interesting bootsing day today, got some great things, but all the No7 SA's I got today were really ignorant and paranoid somehow. I tend to agree that they are probably waiting till the pinkies expire to bring on the mega stock of the Ltd Ed's/both mirrors!

    xx

Hi SK, I went to the Trafford Centre last night, no star palette's :-( BUT managed to get one from the little retail park just next to the TC, think its just called Trafford Park Retail Park, hope this helps!

    Hi all. New member here.

Very kind SA today had left over No. 7 pinkies and was giving them away as extras alongside blueies. I bought 3x new metallic eye pencils with 3x pinkies and 3x 100 points from ACM, so cost £6 and gained 300 points (seperate transactions) - lovely colours too.

Also used 1x pinkie with £20 purchase for GWP. Mine contained Taffeta nail polish - a two tone bronze/pink colour. My gift contained a voucher for 375 points on any No 7 purchase, not 250pts as others have said.

Also bought Time Delay night cream £10.95 with £5 off blueie and 350 points from mailing.

Must go back tomorrow for No 17 gwp. I'm hopeful that they're still giving away pinkies as they're more useful to me than blueies. Tempted to get another No 7 gwp. (Where are people getting there 500 pnts with P&P, I could do with this)

I bought the taffeta nail polish at full price the other day as i thought it looked mainly bronze, when i tried it on it was more of a sickly pinky colour which looks awful on imo, really dissapointed with it! :p

could comeone tell me if this would work as i think i read on a post that mens isnt on 342???
    thanks in advance
It is only the mens or bathing on 3 for 2 so I doubt adding a cosmetic item would work :(

Does the No7 342/buy one get one free work instore? tried online with No7 Protect & Perfect Glossy Locks Hair £5.75

So you end up with 3 for the price of 1?

and contribute to your £20 for gwp?

seems really too good to be true (almost) lol.

It is definately on BOGOF so 4 of the glossy locks or lip/eye works out £11.50, but the till sees £23.00 so you get the gwp

There was reports last night that it may be on 3for2 also. This has happened before and it means you put 6 through the till, pay £5.75 and get the gwp, but this has not been tried yet as far as I could see last night :)

Was it the one for £4.95 or £6.50? :o

    Hi :)

I only tried the cheapest one but I guessed it wouldn't work as it didn't have the offer sticker on the SEL. Another SA next to the one that was trying to get it through the till said it was because 'it wasn't skincare' - then quickly added 'facial skincare'. Hth
