There has been no official word as to why they are stopping the till spits AFAIK. From a staff point of view, we much prefer to have paper vouchers than the till spits (in our store anyway) for various reasons. There's nothing more annoying having a till roll that doesn't have the red mark to indicated it's about to run out, then the roll runs out during printing of the receipt or till spit!

I popped in yesterday but you were busy and I was hot (no correlation between the two I should add, just in case lol ) so I missed you, but the till roll did just what you mentioned - ran out just after a survey split rolled out but possibly before the receipt - as I didn't get one But I did have 3 SA's trying to sort the transaction out as the Scholl party feet stuff that I wanted for hampers was on clearance and bogof - made even more confusing as I could only find 3 of the so and so's lol. (Worth keeping an eye out for though peeps as reduced and bogof is good )

Quick question peeps. For some reason or other (maybe a combination of medication, age :rolleyes: lol, and having my long hair cut off), I've turned from a poker straight-haired person, into a wavy-haired one Now I've always wanted wavy hair lol, but not this week as I've got a load of meetings to attend (Oohh get me lol). BUT, I've never had to straighten my hair before and luckily my OH remembered I had some cheap Vidal Sassoon ones in the 'stash'. No idea from when lol, but can anyone tell me what they use to protect their hair/use with straighteners please? Brand named stuff would be brilliant as OH is nipping to Boots for me to get some. Many TIA x

The new voucher is £5 off wys £5 on skin care inc Time Delay, Olay, L'oreal, sorry forgot to check if it is on mens Time Delay, my local doesn't have that anyway, and no new mags here
I look at the ladies GWP, it's OK, but maybe a bit bright for me, so I don't think I'll be going for this, I might just use the pinkie/ts combo for a bit of money off other items.
On the other hand, the 17 GWP (smoky/sparkley grey eyeliner, mascara, eye powder) looks much nicer (and lower qualifying spend!) its in a nice box and would make a good gift.

I went in boots on the way to work this morning and they had none of the No7 limited edition make-up. One of the branches didn't have the GWP either
