free guestbook needed please

Hi, I am looking for a free guestbook to add to a webpage. If you could recommend one that you have used and know to be good it would be great. I want one that doesn't spam its subscribers (i know you get spam on guestbooks but I don't mean those) and few if no adverts.

there are no banners, all it has is a 'click here fro your free guestbook' advert on the botto of the guest book in small writing.
free and also easy to paste the html into a box so you can put it anywhere on your web site page. I looked at quite a lot for my site and this won by miles!0 -
