Just had a look through this thread. I am amazed at some of the immaturity and spitefulness. Grow up some of you....... you know who I mean!

As the starter of this thread and one who usually disagrees with !!!!!! but enjoys reading his posts, can I suggest we all call it a day on this thread as there seems little constructive to be added

Well that was a total waste of your time..........

Maybe if you'd asked them around page #4 it might have worked, but they clearly have built up far too much argumentative momentum to stop now !!!!

I was there backing you too, but I won't back you this time. You have crossed the line this time with your comments Realy.
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

No we are employed trying to help retired old people remember things and how to deal with them.;)
Did you forget what board you were on this is help the aged.;)

Hardly offensive to a man 59 a retired, a pretty blatent joke and !!!!!! thanked it!
It was obvious, I took his insults in jest, or do they not count?

Half of you are touchy wen you want to be, or just plin destructive to threads not going the way of certain posters.

Back on topic rates to go down and could be down to 2.5% by early next year.

Well if they are down to 2.5% next year then so be it. I am a net saver without a mortgage but I would want to see as little pain as possible from the upcoming recession.

the humour may have crossed the line and may have been seen as abusive - howver it works both ways unfortunately and some cannot see this

!!!!!! believes that the'bulls' are acting as 'packs according to him - this only seems to be the case when his argument holds no water, so tries to go off topic.
    he claimed this 3 times.

As usual, the pack of hyenas ends up reduced to hurling personal taunts. Not just Realy, chucky and StevieJ jumping in too.

    How sad but how predictable.

It used to be just one or two people who occasionally got abusive.

The last couple of days, it seems to have become a pack activity.

I suspect that the critical mass of loads of people getting personal all at the same time has been reached.

There's always some of this sort of behaviour, but now it's pack orientated it would seem.

On the other hand there were a number of the HPC Ghetto (who are probably !!!!!! using a different user name) that jump in making up stories and editing posts trying to cause problems between posters.

how come !!!!!! and the other critics of this thread have not mentioned this so far?

is it one of their "Thanking Buddies" or don't they just see that it is happening.
if you're going to be critical of others please don't be a hypocrite.

i'm here all week by the way so if anything is directed my way - i'll be here... :)

Rates will hit 3.5% by the end of the February

Actually, I thanked it by accident when hitting the quote button.

Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.
