Good luck, you will have more chance of getting Tony Blair issuing an appolgy for blowing all our cash than geting !!!!!! giving you a strait answer on what is obviously happening.
I don't think that's fair.
You disagree with !!!!!!, fair enough. But he has laid out his position clearly, whether you agree with it or otherwise....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Why don't you give your savings to a tramp.
Currently all my savings are all in various banks and NS&I - which enhances the amount of credit those organisations have.
So I'm funding other people's and the government's borrowing requirements. What a prince!--
Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.0 -

How very noble of you - why not finally close your mortgage by paying off that 300 quid balance you said you are maintaining and free up the credit for the bank to lend to someone else then.....
Good point, and I would do that if they wouldn't charge me an extra 300 for the privelege, now you don't want me wasting money do you?'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

A) rates reduced to 2.5% IO MortgageRates at 4.99% IO Mortgage
C) Rates 10% IO Mortgage.
Given that lowere rates should hopefully stop some reundancys.I think you need a mirror as it is not me who does not understand.
!!!!!! Answer
Interest will be paid by the welfare system - it's the stupidly high capital amount that they'll have borrowed to buy the house that'll most likely do them in if they are stuck on a repayment mortgage.
Thank you, HPI........
Sorry but he did not like the question and avoided a straight answer.
He avoids answering some questions by asking another.
Surley in your job you would like a question asked honestly not another question in return or avoiding the question?0 -
And no, I wasn't old enough in the 70s to take in the full effects
Me neither. For most of the 70s, I didn't exist, and for hte part where I was of this world, my acheivements were more or less limited to saying "Mummy!"...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Look on the redemption charge as recapitalising the banks.
I'm sure it's a small price to pay - especially compared to the taxes we'll all be paying for a decade.--

At least they are not turning the lights, heating and oh no Telly off yet.
If they are reading MSE and trying to save money people should be doing that themselves from time to time :money:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0
