I sympathise, I actually cried today when trying to deal with talktalk.

I honestly can't believe they are still in business.

thanks for that...do you think the small claims court is the best way to go? is there no where i can try before that..seems a bit drastic!!

LOL nope, was at last expecting a refund of the money I've paid out for mobile calls to them and some sort of rebate on what i hav paid them to receive a service this month.

Now 11days, still no service, no sign I'm going to get one back. In the library atm on thier wireless but I'm getting anxious as I call my mum sat in aus, not going to be able to do that am I. I just want to cry, she will be fretting and there is no way of getting in touch with her
