Endsleigh = useless

I had contents cover insurance with Endsleigh last year, and they were useless, so I feel the need to vent!

Very quick to take my money, but then no documents arrived.

I phoned Endsleigh, and they sent the wrong thing in the post.

I phoned again, and they sent 4 copies in 4 envelopes in the post, but again just some random document, and not my insurance policy.

I phoned AGAIN, and 2 more envelopes arrive with the same wrong document!

I phoned AGAIN, and this time they told me they were going to email it. It didn't arrive.

I phoned AGAIN, and hallelujah, a whole 2 months after I took out the policy, I finally got my document emailed to me!!!

So now my policy is about to expire, so renewed with another company, but for the past 5 days, Endsleigh have been phoning me several times a day, then leaving messages on my answer phone.

I phoned them back, they tell me I'll need a credit or debit card to renew, I tell them I've renewed with someone else, and they say "oh, ok, bye" then hang up. Er... how about you take my details/policy number so you can STOP CALLING ME every day!

I tried again after the latest phone message, and as soon as I say I've renewed with someone else, they pretty much grunt and hang up and aren't interested!

I'm guessing they're working on commission and only interested in calls that will earn them money, but I can't believe such !!!!!! stupid people get paid a salary!! I am very thankful I never had to make a claim!

ahhh, vent over. that's better! And anyone thinking of taking an insurance policy out with Endsleigh, should think twice!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
