  • Received a big pile of statements from Egg and will be reclaiming back my credit card charges. Have spent the last 2 hours filling in spreadsheets and the likes, and also for the PPI premiums which have accumulated over the period. Sooooo, sending off letters tomorrow reclaiming over £1000 in PPI premiums and £350 in credit card charges.

    Going square eyed looking at spreadsheets!
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

    My dfw things for today;
    • Mum posted off 3 ebay items sold for me
    • Cut out 20p coupon from my magazine and put in purse
    • Entered competition in Metro paper
    • Will enter another competition later
    • Will do mutual point e-mail click throughs shortly
    • Got more watchers on Ebay.
    • Asda – spent just over £7.50 and got lots of things – from memory; 3 x pks fair-trade bananas, 3 x bags of small apples, 2 x 3pks of grapefruit, 1 x tin of princess corn beef, 3 x tins of ambrosia custard, 1 x 100ml colgate toothpaste, 1 x Toberone Chrismas selection box, 2 x mini Baileys with a small box of hot chocolate and froffer?, 1 x box of oat cookie mix and 1 x tin of sp kidney beans
    • Got free Boots magazine to read
    • forgot I had also won Rimmel foundation and received it in the mail today.

    HAVE HAD SEVERAL ( THAT'S A BIT OF AN UNDERSTATEMENT!) CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PAST SIX YEARS. MANY OF WHICH I HAVE CLOSED AND NO LONGER HAVE DETAILS OF-NOT EVEN A ROUGH IDEA OF WHEN I CLOSED THEM.:confused: HOW DO I GO ABOUT ASKING THE COMPANIES TO SEND STATEMENTS IF I AM UNABLE TO PROVIDE DETAILS OF WHEN I ACTUALLY HAD THE ACCOUNTS?
