    Do you want a laugh?

Ages ago, someone at work did the Bupa 10k run. I JOKINGLY said we could all do it together next year. Well, one by one, quite a few agreed. I asumed all were joking, and never mentioned it again. WEEELLL, it got mentioned again today, another 2 said they want to do it, and I'm in the shiyte. I can barely drive 10k, let alone walk it or run it

Poke a hole in the middle of the chicken, mix some chopped ham and cream cheese in a bowl, poke it in the chicken. Wrap in foil and stick in the oven on a low heat for around 10 minutes if the chicken has already been cooked.
