    My childminder has been informed by the Dept of Health (or something like that) that the norovirus (?) is about badly-basically horrific v&d. Don't think you've had that as you'd still be poorly, but never nice.

    Evening all, be strong Spud, i know its hard but will be well worth it....

    Right, I have just had a nice chicken dinner BUT i have loads of chicken breast left, well 3 pieces - anyone got an idea what I can do for tea tomorrow night!

    Went to running club tonight but they cancelled it cos no one turned up for the last two weeks..so i did step instead..
