How to get Sky back

This is my case...I had sky's full package for 1yr,at the end of the contract I called them to cancel it and was watching the freeview channels.

Now I have moved house and I need to connect the sky box.

How do I get sky to connect the box for me without going through another contract or direct debit. All I need is just the freeview channels.

IIf you have a dish allready on the new house just plug it in and it will work (need the card in to get some channels and it might take being on stand by over night for the card to be activated).

If you don't have a dish put one up yourself or pay some one to do it for you (around £100).

Or sign up to Sky's deal where they fit a dish and give you a box for £75 and sign you up with a £20 per mth DD but the first 4 months are free and you can cancel anytime (1mths notice). But you might not be allowed this deal being an ex subscriber, but as you are at a new house you might get away with this.

Or you may consider a Freeview Receiver as long as you can get a good signal from your TV aeriel.

Freeview channels are only available with a Freeview box and your aerial.

I take it you mean the free satellite channels.

If there is already a dish there, just connect up your box to the dish.

If you don't have a dish, then you can either buy a dish and lnb etc of eBay and install it yourself or get a local installer to supply and fit, around this part of the UK you could get 2 dishes supplied installed for less than £100, so I wouldn't pay £100 for one.

You could get the £75 Pay Once Watch forever, however you need to ensure you cnacel at the right time.
