I ordered my hubby`s 60th birthday present from them last wed & put free delivery in the box. Then i realised it would`nt come in time, del time 11 Nov and i wanted it for the 4th Nov,so i emailed them explaining and asking if i could change delivery. They said it had already gone through the system and they could`nt do anything about it, but it turned up today   Well done .

Every time I've ordered from amazon it's turned up on average in three days.
I recently ordered a few books and the package even fitted through the letter box - so I didn't have that annoying red post office card shoved through instead.
I think their free delivery is great too. If only they'd keep it at £5 minimum spend.Looking forward to the future.0
