(4) The winners will be selected at random from all entries received by 1 December 2008. The prizes will be drawn on 2 December 2008. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative available.
(5) There are five prizes available. Each prize consists of a Nintendo DS console, with two games - 'Zenses' Ocean and Rainforest.
(6) The winners will be notified within seven days after the draw by telephone, and will also receive a confirmation letter. The winners' names and counties of residence will be available on request by calling 020 7565 3256 or by sending an SAE to Sense magazine, John Brown, 136-142 Bramley Road, London, W10 6SR, 14 days after the draw date. The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. Ah, thats cos RBS isnt the same as HBOS! I should know hubby works for HBOS so we are waiting with baited breath. Easy mistake I love the story of the guy doing a 45 minute presentation to get a job with HBOS, the guys from HBOS let him finish and the told him that his whole presentation was on RBS not HBOS - needless to say, he didnt ge the job! LOL x
