Getting a refund from BMI baby

I booked flights with BMI baby which they cancelled and promised a refund within 10 days. I have now written twice to customer services and had no reply or refund.I have used the e mail address posted on this site to send copies of the letters but now think that they cannot be bothered to refund me Any suggestions?
