    A review isn't compulsary:

"Please note: entering a review will NOT have ANY bearing on your chances of winning the prize. The two things are entirely independent. If you don't have writerly ambitions don't worry: everyone's equal in our eyes. So enter your details below now (and a review if you feel like it) and we'll be in touch shortly should your name be pulled out of our electronic hat."
    :D
That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)
