5.The winner’s name and county will be available on winnersgallery.co.uk from 1 February 2009.
6. The prize is a six-night Vintage Spain holiday for two, including flights to and from Bilbao; accommodation, based on two people sharing a twin or double room with breakfast; two nights in Bilbao; two nights in Logroño; and two nights in a rural hotel in Rioja. Also included will be a rental car for four days; a two-day guided tour of Rioja wineries including entrance fees and two lunches plus tour information. The prize does not include UK airport transfers, travel insurance (which is mandatory), food and drink, additional hotel costs (eg mini bar), personal expenditure or incidental costs other than those stated. These will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest, who must also ensure that they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary visas for their trip.
7. The prize must be taken between 1 March and 30 June 2009 and must be booked through the promoter's appointed travel agency.
8. The trip will be operated by Rutas de Vino S.L, a fully bonded travel agency and its standard terms and conditions will apply.
9. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
10. The trip cannot be changed once booked.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
