Am going to ask a really daft question now :rolleyes: (sorry)
I purchased a really cheap hd dvd but am not able to play it on my dvd player. Is an hd dvd not compatible with a standard dvd player??

HD DVD is a different format to DVD, so won't play on a DVD player. you may be able to get a cheap HD DVD player as this is essentially now a dead formatUtinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0

Some hd dvd's were made hd on one side and regular DVD on the other, don't suppose it's one of them is it?Nothing to see here, move along.0
