Credit report questions (electoral roll and others)

Hello,
I hope this is the right place to post my question!
I moved about 1.5 months ago. I applied for a mobile contract and was rejected initially, I thought it might be because I just moved. Tried again a few days ago, failed again, and this time I obtained my Credit Report to see if something's wrong - I have always been paying bills on time, always had 0s in my past credit reports, in fact, just 2 weeks ago one of the banks I bank with gave me a new credit card with a big limit.
1) So I looked at my report and saw that the main problem is that my electoral roll information is not updated at the present address. I've updated my electoral roll on September, so I was wondering - is it normal for the electoral roll to not update until now? I went to my local council website to check if I am registered - and got a reply confirming that I am, and "this information will be available from Dec 1". Does it mean I have to wait till then or should I contact the local council to expedite the matter?
2) My electoral roll is registered as <First Name> <Last Name>. I was not asked for my middle name when I register online - it shouldn't be a problem right?
3) Surprisingly, my Natwest Current Plus Account and Credit Card is not showing up (it used to be when I last checked, about 6 months ago). Again, should I contact Natwest?
Thanks for any advice, I cant wait to get my new mobile phone really soon!

I'm in a similar situation as you - didn't realise I was on the electoral roll. Most councils are in the process of doing their annual canvass at the moment, and during this period they don't update their rolls until December 1 when the updated electoral roll is published. I enquired whether it was possible to be added sooner but was told that it wouldn't be possible.0
