Free kids Christmas goody bag worth £30 - pay £3.98 postage

I ordered 6 for my children and neice and nephews at the beginning of November and the money came out a few days later. I've not received the gift bags as yet. Do you think I should phone them and does anyone have a number???

I can still access my account and it is showing up as all merchandise shipped. So we'll see what happens. Next week I presume...

Checked the status of my order - cancelled. Called them and it seems that they have had problems progessing some cards, can't understand this as I've had no problems anywhere else.. Gave details over the phone - no problem, lady says here by the 16th Dec. Fingers crossed

Mine arrived today, the same but a were-rabbit joke book book instead of magic roundabout.

My 3 year old will love the mister men poster, it's a big one, double sided. He will also be thrilled with the scooby doo carrier bag. The scooby pencil will get used, and the hot wheels cars will be appreciated by his cousin (my boy has enough hot wheels). Perhaps the fireman sam book can be put with another to make a birthday present. If I had seen the contents before I ordered I would have paid the £4 but would not have paid £5 (unless it had a thomas toy or a scooby plush as some of you received).

The scooby mystery packs looks good fun, I will pass it on to a neighbour whose child is older than mine.

I suppose they could invent any value and pretend the xmas carols CD is 'worth' that value :rolleyes:

Listening to it at the moment, it's not kids carols it's proper church choir old fashioned carols. I like it but my children don't

I've just logged into my account with them and it said that my goods have been despatched. I phoned them to check and they cannot check individual orders and all's she could tell me is that they are trying to get all the goody bags out by the 16th of December....so I'll just have to try and be patient!

My bag arrived yesterday and there was no Thomas bits in it at all. I was a bit dissapointed but the othert bits were good. Not at all suitable for my son yet but I will put it all a away in my pressie box and they will come in handy when he is bigger. I will use the scooby doo bag for his swimming things though!

yes i'm going to use the scooby bag for swimming, he'll be thrilled with it. i don't know how long it will last though.
