It seems to be people whose payments were taken out between 3-6 that haven't had theirs. I hope there isn't a problem with them.

What do we do if they don't arrive by 16 Dec as promised? :rolleyes: Poor customer service they could at least look into why people who paid later are getting theirs earlier!

That's really bad. I just checked mine after reading your post and mine says "All Merchandise Shipped", so fingers crossed it's on it's way.


Also did anyone else receive an email today from them offering a free hardback book? It may well be free but the postage is over £5 :eek: . They've got a bl**dy cheek haven't they? :rotfl:

I ordered on the 4th and nothing arrived as yet

Payment was taken on the 11th and I've just checked my account online and it says "All Merchandise Shipped" but doesnt give a shipping date.
