i like renting and wouldnt entertain buying a house unless i could buy for cash, i live in a council house, a nice sized 3 bed semi these days for around 270 a month, this week ive had tradesmen out every day refiting the bathroom, at no cost to my self other than it being done on the cheap and done the way they want to do it, it might not be to my taste or spec but its totaly transformed, and very much apreciated.
thesdays i doubt i would even bother with the right to buy, ive got the best security and low cost housing it could only be bettered by buying outright for cash. not that i could do that.0
