Can anyone help as i have read the reports but i am unsure if i can claim. I paid visa debit for £950 and company has now gone into administration. If so which letter do i use as the debit one seems to be for under £100 thanks0

You cannot claim under Section 75 for Debit Cards.
However ask your Provider for a "chargeback" which is a scheme run by Visa, however it is not a legal requirement in the way that Section 75 is.
