Credit Card in wrong name

Simple Question

I have opened a 0% credit card with the sole objective of transferring balances from another 2 cards.

I received the credit aggreement and duely signed and returned it. a week or so later my new card arrived, only it hadthe wrong title "MRS" instead of "MR"

I phoned the company up at my expense from my mobile, and they told me that the entire account was set up in "MRS" as my title.

The transfers have also been made, but I am left with an unusable card and account not in my name!

Simple question is, am I liable for the transfers they have moved onto there?

This happened to anyone else, can you tell me where I stand legally?

Regards
