Why technical analysis, e.g. charting is not for funds?

The TA I use certainly isn`t free. A good uk programme can cost from £14 pm to £85 pm and yes it certainly does work on funds. You can see at a glance how a fund is performing relative to the stock market and using various indicators can help to get the timing right re entry and exit points. I went down the free programme route when I started trading/investing and believe me you get what you pay for0

If I could copy and paste from my charts then I would. If you put a couple of moving averages in and trend lines as a basic TA
Be aware that this `may` not be the best time to be investing lump sums as UKX and INDU (dow) appear to be topping
also when this man is bearish, then it`s worth taking note
