Looking for cheapest flight to USA

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap flight to the USA, I'm not bothered which city, whatever's cheapest (I'm assuming New York).

I'd like to go for a few days from the 4th - 8th Jan.

Anyone know any good sites for searching for cheap fares where you can be flexible with dates and destinations?

A good source of info is https://www.itasoftware.com where you can do a search covering a period of time. I think this software links to the airlines own webpages and so it saves you going through all those.

That's not to say you won't find a better deal through an intermediate but it'll certainly give you an idea which dates are cheaper and which airlines are providing the best fares.

I would have thought NYC would have the best fares (although BOS and IAD have seen fares as low as NYC at times).

You may find that the best deals have already gone as you are looking at this shorter notice. I hope you find what you're after!
