Muffy - send the buyer an email just in case they don't realise it's an echeque. I've received a couple, but once I've told the buyer that it won't clear for ages they've always asked me to cancel the echeque and then they've repaid with a normal instant payment.

thanks, i'll drop him an email. Hes in Germany so I would prefer not to wait to send this item off. I've had a tonne of trouble with this particular computer game - it was all brand new and someone bought it for £45 in greece and the post damaged the packaging so had to refund the guy and resell it - its still gone for about £35 though
