Yup,

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
chop onion and two carrots and sling them in a casserole dish
add beef chunks and button mushrooms
add a potato chopped into chunks
pour in 1 pint of stock made with bovril
season with salt and I use pepper as well
add a dash of worcester sauce and cook for an hour and a half

Ive just noticed something I am selling has been paid by echeque on ebay. I bloody hate echeques - it wont clear for 2 weeks!!!
