rupertsmomma - not sure if you're talking about the same people:
www.healthydirect.com give a clear breakdown of all of their products on each product page.
And in terms of quality, my wife and i have found their products just as good as Holland & Barrett and other high street stores (not to mention all the likes Healthspan on the internet).

They've got a new code too: using wb005 in the voucher code box at checkout gets you 10% off any order.

Last week Healthy Direct sent out a Mind & Memory email (featuring Ginkgo Biloba and Omega Oils supplements etc) with an offer code 'EM108' on it.

Just enter it in the Offer Code box on the site and when you spend over £30 you get a free electronic sudoku game.

Not sure when the offer runs out, but worth a go.

Another vitamin and supplements supplier (Healthy Direct - www.healthydirect.com) are doing an offer too: enter EM108 into the offer code box and you get a free sudoku game when you spend over 30 quid.
