Reasonable Quote for sweeping the Chimney?

Could anyone advise me how much would be a reasonable quote for sweeping a chimney that hasn't been used for nearly 4 years?

Costs me £40 a time. Takes him about 40 mins & he leaves everywhere cleaner than it was when he started! My parents diy, but I know I'd mess it up (yes I know it's simple but I'm sure I could find a way) & would end up with soot all over rugs, me, cat etc...
