Changing R63 bulbs to fluorescent tube

I have an 8x8 kitchenette that is lit by 3x 60w R63 reflector bulbs on a small track. As the bulbs don't seem to last very long and are a bit pricey, could someone please advise on the wattage of fluorescent tube I would need to generate the same amount of light?
The room is quite small so I think that a 5-foot tube would look too imposing, therefore I'll probably have to choose a 4-foot one. Also, would I need a single or double fitting?
Thank you.

You can put low energy spots in that are supposed to last 10 years. Aldi have the R63's at £1.99 each. I have used some traditional bulb shaped low energy ones in one fitting but most other low energy bulb shapes look horrible in the place of spots. Wilko's and wickes do the traditional shape 75W equivalents @£2.99 but are sometimes 3for2. A tube is effective but looks horrible and will be another job!Cash ISA rate 6.5% fixed for 2 years. Mortgage rate 0.75% = 5.75% profit on £75K = £4500 per year:j
Mortgages make money. Definitely don't wanabee mortgage free!0
