DIY Wedding invite ideas

I am making my own invites, they are half done but in no hurry as won't be sending them out until around March/April time next year.

I have got ivory gatefold cards which are fastened with ribbon, in the bottom right hand corner I have stamped 'wedding invitation' and I have a small rose next to that as well, the detail is all in red. I will be printing the inserts on linen paper.

I then bought some small envelopes for the reply slips which will also be printed on ivory linen. I found it really hard to find a nice reply card when rsvp'ing to an invite earlier in the year and thought it was a bit of a chore so will be including mine in the invites and also putting a stamp on just to make it easier for the guests.

Then got ivory card to use for hotel details and directions to the church/reception to include also.

hi ive found this site they have a wicked sale on its a craft site on the left hand side it has a wedding stationary sale , some really nice things on and flowers to put on cards that seems cheap , also i did notice over £40 you get free delivery , hope its some helpxx

My mum made all my invites 2 go with the theme of our weddin which is butterfies they r stunnin and i love them!!

If some 1 can tell me how 2 put a pic on here i will put a photo of them on here??

what i done was look about a few websites for ideas, and then made my own up on word!! powerpoint is also good for playing about on!! i havent printed them off yet, must get around to that sometime soon.
