Hi, ive just tried to login into my KE account for the first time in a few days, i am being asked to accept the T&C's again dated 4th June 2008. These include the 'Novation' clause. I dont want to tick the box incase i am actually accepting new T&C.
Can anyone else login & check just incase its a glitch in the system please?
thank you.

Just logged in and received no such prompt. Was also in there this afternoon without such a prompt.
I can't imagine you're exposed as the 7th Oct version (sans Novation clause) must surely supercede the 4th June ones. Maybe take a screenprint of the screen stating that it is the 4th June. Ppl here can get you copies of all versions, if required.0 -
Just tried my own account and did'nt get the prompt. Have you tried again?0

Hi,
You only get this message when you clear your cache, and the KE cookie is deleted. It is nothing new?In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0
