Evening all, in my room keeping out of someones way, knew the relief wouldn't last long and become regret.

valli hope whatever it is goes ok

Not a very productive evening as been up here since about 8.45pm not long after I got back. Have put some laundry and towels away, sort of decided what to wear tomorrow, downloading openoffice to see what it's like as normal one is just a trial on here.

First meeting is at 9.30am so don't think I'll be posting in the morning, not be flying much anyway as lunch meeting finishes at 2pm then need to get back for DS2. So hope you all have a lovely day, see you in the evening xx

(((hugs))) lil_me hope it blows over soon and he gets back to 'normal'. Have a lovely lunch in the posh hotel and relax - some me time which you are needing!
    toots xx

  • :D Evening ladies

Haven't done that much flying although i did make the best chicken and veg soup with dumplings ever, and i did a massive early learning centre order and sorted my 3 nephews xmas pressies, bought DS1 some arty stuff with his birthday money and made some other decisions.

I've also decided to book a cheap center parks break for January so i have something to look forward to ;) And, as DH pointed out it was only £200 for 6 of us (going to take ILs too - they are excellent baby sitters and what else do they do with their time now MIL has retired? ;) ) compared to £1000 for a week in Spain, i used that to justify ordering myself a Wii and Wii fit, and mario kart, because i want them, and have done for ages, and so there. Naughty mudbath mentioning it, as i wouldn't have realised there are reasonably priced Wii fits about if the conversation hadn't started on here today. ;):D I'm rather happy as it should be here later in the week, and i will be a waif by xmas

Girlies - valli has ofsted in - so wish her luck but no need to get too stressed for her. She will do fine as she has got her HHP down to a T. She will be greatful for a large glass of something on Wednesday night though i am sure.

Right, now should i get DH to get in my big boots order from the car now and start sorting it, or should i take my magazine and go to bed? Umm - i have lovely clean hair, and i have to cuddle up to DS2's comforter so it smells of me for him. he was brill tonight and didn't cry when he went in the cot unless i left where he could see me. (much better than the hour last night) i sang to him for 15 minutes (poor child!!!) and he sat stroking a tag on the cot buddy, and dozed off.

pigpen sorry you had such a pants day. It's always something for you isn't it.

Right, decision made - bed i think as i am meeting my best friend from when i was 16. I haven't seen her in nearly 12 years, and she said on facebook she was visiting her parents so i suggested a coffee and catch up. I hope we still get on now like we did then. Should be fun anyway.

Night girlies and any lurking males - we must be doing something to put them off  Where's cardiff this week?

Ouch - hope it stops hurting soon - what about a drink to defrost it and help it on its way?

I give up. I'm upto techie speak stage of my assignment. I'm going to have to sit down with pen & paper tomorrow and work it out properly. Guess I'll not be eating in the staff room tomorrow so I'll be able to concentrate  Too tired, so going to try and get some bits out for the morning (had soup for tea and not washed up but will put them into soak now, think its time for me to dig the two "spare" bowls out from under the stairs :o ) quick de-fuzz/de-whiff bath and bed for me. I just hope its warmed up a bit upstairs
