I use a program called diet organzier, Its much nicer to use than a spreadsheet.
It uses an american database of thousunds of food(the spreadsheet looked limited) and you need to add english food like crumpets, but its very easy to use and includes an exersize log too.

It costs about £25 but imo it is well worth it. There is a free 10 day trial too
