Then i say its your loss good for business start ups change of address etc. If you are careful then no problems.

Those who worry about the postage sign-up through one of the cashback sites make all or most of that back.

Each time you use them sign up for a free email addy (hotmail yahoo google etc) for this purpose alone soon as order recieved ok drop that email addy.

When i ordered i did think it was a bit too good a deal i was getting , i paid them £4.45 i get 250 business cards at less than 2p each alome as well as a free rubber stamp , ink , printed pen , printed car magnet and a printed window sticker , i was very careful checking the pages reading everything and paying by paypal seemed ok but just a little bit different to the norm , after i read about their antics with those that havn't read carefully or been aware of the scams , no doubt i'll get a lot of emails/offers from them from now on , ive had one already , i'm prepared to be very careful but don't think i'll be reporting them as spam to my email just yet , They are after all one of the biggest web printing companies on the planet ,

Actually no I have never had the free holder & I have had over 1000 business cards from them.... I have to say though in the companies defence I have never been "had" by subscribing to anything else, it offers me lots but I just say no thanks.........

It said order business cards today and get a free metalic silver business card holder , if the stuff arrives and theres no free metalic silver business card holder i will file a claim with paypal . I have emailed them already this morning asking them to confirm they are sending me a free metalic silver business card holder as it said it on the page while i was ordering but not on the confirmation email , they said i would get a reply within 48 hours

Another big fan of vista print here! Have been using them for years for business cards and they are fantastic quality.

My latest aquisitions are 2 car door magnets- they are great, and people are always commenting on them. I would recommend the small ones rather than the large though- had a large one and it fell off! I got an immediate refund from their very helpful and polite customer service (American, I believe- could teach us a thing or two here I think)- ordered the small ones and have had no problems.

Yes their customer service is excellent (so were their sales agents when they used to do custom design as well which sadly they do no more) on the one occasion when the things turned up wrong after first checking it was not my fault got replacements within a couple fof days and a full apology. Can't really ask more than that.

Based in Florida, or they were when I used to speak to them on a regular basis. Had to arrange with the sales agent a decent time to call me.

i just called them about my free silver business card holder , they said it should have been ordered but i said it said if i ordered business cards today i would recieve a free business card holder , i said if i didn't recieve it then it would be not as described and i would file a paypal claim , she eventually got onto her supervisor and ended up cancelling my order and giving me a credit , i then reordered it all again and ordered the business card holder but i had to pay an extra £2.34 postage , i could probably have cancelled other stuff and been a lower postage i don't know . I think the business card holder would be a good thing for carrying business cards in .
