HELP PLEASE. New laptop & problems with ebay

Can anyone please help me -I have been trying to do this for 2 days now. I bought a new laptop the other day and when I try to sell an item on ebay it keeps asking me to set up a seller's account (which I already have) - it takes me through setting it up again - and then eventually takes me right back to the start. Ebay have said to clear cookies and cache which I have done but it is still not working!
Any wise guys out there able to help?
Many thanks

Do you have any security software (norton etc..) that could be set to block cookies? I've seen a similar problem with Yahoo mail login failing due to cookies being blocked.
Also, have you tried another browser?0 -
Hi - no I havent managed to set it up yet! Any more ideas? What do you mean try another browser? How do I do that? Many thanks for your help.Total Quidco earnings - £547.98

Nortons can block it
this is another browser

although if it's nortons blocking it then that probably won't work eitherEx forum ambassador

Install either Firefox ( http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ ) or Opera ( http://www.opera.com/ ) and see if you can log in. If so, then it would indicate a problem with internet explorer (which i am assuming you are using).0
