Iphone restore help

Hi,i have an iphone but i now have a new SEc905 and want to give my iphone to me brother.My iphone is an unlocked (use an orange sim) 1.1.4 and has all my contacts photos and music from my itunes. What i want to know is how do i clear all my information and then give the phone to my brother so he can just plug the phone into his itunes etc and still put in his own vodafone sim?

In the settings tab you can reset the phone but you will probably have to use Ziphone (google it) to unlock the phone again
obviously don't update to the latest iphone softwareIf you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly
