I've had PF for over 3 yrs now, and am flat-footed so lots of pain in my arches and heels after a bit of walking
bought a pair of Fitflops about 2 weeks ago, been wearing them since and I have to say, they seem to be pretty good! no aches and pain in my arches or heels even after doing a 12 hour photomarathon in them! :jyay!! they seem to be helping my knees too :T definitely worth every penny. I went for the chocolate Oasis model so it doesn't look too sporty/casual, looks alright with dresses and skirts too
also it has a slightly padded strap so is a bit more comfy than the walkstars (which cuts on my feet a bit when I tried them on in a london shop)
bonus is, I did feel slightly tight and aching (but in a good post-sports way) thigh muscles after walking in them for a longer period. so maybe the actual benefits of them fitflops do work too?! :rotfl:0
