    We have reduced the mortgage by £10k since November :beer:

  • Have taken the plunge and paid £2000 off the mortgage on the day we got paid!

    Will update the sig when I've done the accounts on Money later this week.

  • Have got up to date with the accounts on Money, so updated sig accordingly.

    Now to get new breakdown cover. DH has a tendency to want to go with 'The Big Two', i.e. either RAC or AA but their prices are extortionate.

    Also, time to check out the 2-for-1 vouchers for our trip to London this weekend!

  • OK - so this was the mortgage summary as at 08/08/2009

    Mortgage interest this month £595.42
    Interest after offsetting £220.12
    Value of offset £375.30

    So, I paid off another £420!

    Amount now outstanding £117,171.81
