    hugs to you x

i know its hard, when you first have your lightbulb moment, but you will get there. tell them both there just simply ISNT enough money for them to take extra on top of a pack lunch.

as for not being a very good cook.....perfect time to gett better:D, get over to OS board and you will find thousands of recipes (easy ones) to copy and adapt for your family.

my kids love cakes/ hobnobs/ muffins etc, i tend to make these myself from recipes ive found in here and put them in their lunchboxes.

your family will be super impressed with homemade goodies!

    you sound very down:( xx

as we are four in a small semi i think it would be more expensive on a meter also insurance would then be needed for any leaks up to middle of road

there is a light at the end of the tunnel honey, just might take a little time to reach it thats all.

word of advice on the cooking front, start small...work your way up.

why dont you make a list of everything you like to eat during the course of a week, this should include things that you buy convienence as well as things you make from scratch. then you can see what you can make and what you could learn to make and just pick one dish to learn, browse on here and over the web and pick up some recipes, start by learning to cook that one dish, really well. dont give up on the first attempt:)

ps on the bread front, i dont make mine anymore, i (gasp) buy it:D
