do a google search for rj45 cross over cable and you will get loads of pages to show you how to make a cross over cable for a normal rj45 cable.

or if they are both on a network, you can find out the other computers ip by going to start>run and typing cmd, then in the window that opens, type ipconfig, once you have the network ip, might be like 192.168.*.* (* means a number)
in the start run window type \\192.168.*.*\c$ and it should open that computers c drive in a windows explorer window on your computer.
