ANY ADDITONAL ADVICE WOULD BE WELCOME, IN 2006 I PAID AN OVERPAYMENT TO THE INLAND REVENUE, A YEAR LATER THEY SENT A REMINDER FOR ANOTHER BILL FOR THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT, i HAVE FURNISHED THEM WITH ALL THE INFO THEY NEEDED, AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO SAY THEY HAVE LOST MY LETTERS OR THEY HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEM, TO DATE I HAVE PUT MY CASE THROUGH THE PARLIAMENTARY OMBUDSMAN AND ALSO THREATENED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM FOR COSTS INCURRED OVER THIS PERIOD, IF ANYONE HAS ANY ADDITIONAL INFO I CAN USE I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.

This sounds like an issue with Inland Revenue over Income Tax, and not related to Child/Working Tax Credits in any way.
As such I don't think the Benefits board is the right place to ask this question.Cheryl0 -
More information about the overpayment (and a smaller font with lower case type) may help in someone giving advice.0
