Tell us about a holiday you went on and what hidden gems you found whilst there (i.e great local restaurants, experiences that are not in guide books, sites that are off the beaten track and any places you would recommend to other Heart listeners), when you have done this, select the destination you would like to win and register your details. A Heart panel will pick the best stories, and in our Breakfast Show between Monday 3rd – Friday 7th November you could be sharing your holiday experience and possibly win one of the 5 fabulous prizes below.

PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Prizes will be won on the dates stated, however to register online to win them will close at midday the day before the prize is to be given away (except for Monday the 3rd November prize – the registration for this prize will close at 10am Friday 31st October).

2. You can only win the prize chosen at the time of registration (i.e. if you chose Madrid as the destination you would like to win that is the only destination you will be eligible for).

3. By registering your details you are entering the the draw for the chance to participate in the on-air activity.
4. The entries will be judged by a Heart panel and those chosen will be on a reserve list to be taken to air during the competition round. You will not be guaranteed to be brought to air/or win if you are placed on the reserve list.
5. If the person brought to air gets the question incorrect the next person on the reserve list will be brought to air and so on until someone is correct.
6. Draws take place each day at 12pm from all those who have applied up until that point. Please bear in mind that the chances of being selected reduce as the week goes on and more people apply.
7. You must be 18 years or older to take part in this competition.
8. The closing date for the online prize will be at midnight on Sunday 9th November and the winner will be picked via a random winner generator.

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition is available only to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is resident in the UK, aged 18 or over, and not an employee of Heart 106.2 or British Airways plc. and its subsidiaries or immediate family members of any of the above persons.

2. The Promoter is Global Radio London Limited Heart 106.2 (company number 2826601).

3. By taking part in this competition, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the Terms and Conditions set out below.

4. To qualify for the competition, the Eligible Participant must take part in The Love Music Live promotion. Entry is via telephone call to Heart 106.2 and online on Heart1062. The competition will take place between 3 November 2008 and 7 November 2008 (inclusive).

5. No purchase is necessary.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.

7. The competition will take place at Heart 106.2, The Chrysalis Building, 13 Bramley Road, London, W10 6SP.
8. The prize will be confirmed to the Winner within 28 days of their winning date and they will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing or by telephone within twenty-one days of confirmation.
9. Bookings must be made by the prizewinners by 31 January 2009 for travel outbound and inbound before 30 June 2009.
10. The promoter is not liable for any postal delays.
11. If the prize remains unclaimed or denied twenty-one days after confirmation, the prize will be cancelled.
12. Each prize consists of one pair of round-trip World Traveller or Euro Traveller (economy) British Airways flights from London Heathrow or Gatwick and accommodation in a minimum 3 star British Airways Holidays hotel (room only, based on 2 adults sharing a standard double room), (flights and accommodation to be taken together at the same destination) as specified during the competition: Prize includes taxes, fees and charges. No domestic add-ons or transfers are included. However transfers at destination from airport to hotel and return may be included in the prize if possible. Any additional room/travel costs to be organized and funded by the prizewinner. All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prizewinner. The prizewinner is also responsible for any visas and inoculations that may be required to visit the destination that is their prize.

13. Prizes are non changeable and non transferable. No cash or credit alternative prizes are offered. No upgrades are allowed. The Promoters reserve the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. All third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply.
14. All travel is strictly based on availability.

15. Prize confirmation will be sent to winners at least seven days prior to departure dates provided.
16. Promotion only applies to flights operated by British Airways with a BA prefix number, and excludes flights operated by British Airways franchises and British Airways codeshares
17. Where available, all tickets will be issued as e-tickets, and hotel confirmation will be supplied via e-mail.
18. All travel on BA flights is subject to BA’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage (see ba.com) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.
19. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any BA Miles programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s) by BA or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards, or certificates.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the promoter’s control.
21. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
22. Heart 106.2 is responsible for publishing details of the promotion accurately and administering all aspects of the promotions. British Airways Plc is only responsible for providing and booking the flight and hotel prizes (including matters relating to travel).
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice these terms and any tickets or vouchers issued free in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
24. The names of the winners may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Heart FM (insert address).

25) Where the prize includes car hire, the winner or their guest must be over 25 years old and hold a valid drivers licence.
